Are your gummies really halal?Yes — every gummy is pectin-set or made with halal-certified beef gelatin. No pork, no alcohol. See our halal promise for details.
How does buying by the pound work?Pick any flavors, choose a weight for each (0.25, 0.5, 1 lb, or custom), and we combine them into one pouch. You only pay for what you pick, priced per pound.
How fresh are they?We pack every order to order, the day it ships. No gummies sitting in a warehouse for months.
How long does shipping take?Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping is priced by weight, and it's free on orders over $45.
Can I track my order?Yes. Use the “Track your order” link in your confirmation email, or enter your order number and email on our tracking page.
Do you offer refunds?All sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?We do — for shops, events, and gifting. See our wholesale page for pricing and minimums.
