Returns policy
All sales are final
Because our gummies are a fresh, made-to-order food product, we can't accept returns or offer refunds.
Every order is freshly packed for you the day it ships. For food-safety reasons, once a pouch leaves us we're unable to take it back or resell it — so all sales are final.
If something's wrong
We still stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match what you ordered, email orders@barakahgummies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Cancellations
Because we pack quickly, orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed. Please double-check your mix and address at checkout.
